Description

Development of new technologies and services are resulting in the increased complexity of regulatory cost modelling and accounting. Developing accurate and justifiable cost models, setting cost based interconnection prices and allocating costs for NGN services are just some of the challenges that have to be met.
This conference will showcase presentations and case studies from senior representatives of Operators and Regulators, on how to overcome these complexities and uncertainties. Topics will include: determining the criteria for allocating common costs; accurately modelling services to determine network costs; understanding the structure of NGNs; allocating spare capacity costs; ensuring transparency; accounting for cost of capital.
IIR's Regulatory Cost Modelling & Accounting conference will include workshops and training sesssions, that will provide you with practical advice on transparent and accurate regulatory cost modelling and accounting, that will enable you to benchmark your techniques and strategy with other Operators from across Europe.
