BuildingEnergy09 - Event details   03/10/2009 - 03/12/2009 SEAPORT HOTEL AND WORLD TRADE CENTER BOSTON, Boston, USA  (Massachusetts)   Description The Northeast Sustainable Energy Association (NESEA) is the Northeast’s leading organization of professionals working in sustainable energy, whole-systems thinking and green technologies. NESEA advances the adoption and practical application of sustainable, low carbon energy practices. NESEA accomplishes this through a number of ongoing programs and annual events. NESEA is a proud chapter of the American Solar Energy Society (ASES). Nearly 200 speakers, experts from every field of the sustainable energy and building industries, are preparing dozens of sessions and accredited workshops for BE09, to take place March 10-12. Listings of all sessions and workshops can be viewed at the BE09 website, www.buildingenergy.nesea.org. Last year, Governor Patrick appointed a Task Force on Net Zero Energy Buildings to offer recommendations on how to create buildings that generate as much energy as they consume. At BE09, the Governor's Task Force will present results at the Opening Plenary, March 11. NESEA is on track to set new exhibitor records at our 34th annual conference next spring.
