2008 ANNUAL SCIENTIFIC MEETINIG OF AUSTRALASIAN SOCIETY FOR IMMUNOLOGY - Event details

12/07/2008 - 12/11/2008 NATIONAL CONVENTION CENTRE, Canberra, AUSTRALIA

Description
On behalf of the Australasian Society for Immunology (ASI), the Organizing Committee warmly invites you to the 38th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Society to be held 7-11 December 2008 at the National Convention Centre, Canberra, ACT.

The meeting is the highlight event on the ASI Calender each year and serves the immunology community in terms of scientific exchange, establishing and strengthening collaborative networks and more. In keeping with this tradition, we are putting together a terrific scientific program and social events. A highlight of the conference will be the participation of a number of international invited speakers that we have lined up. The theme of this year’s meeting is “Immunological Challenges of the 21st Century”.

The newly renovated National Convention Centre promises to offer an excellent venue for our meeting. And the location of Canberra, Australia’s bush Capital, is an ideal match for ASI -providing substance (in terms of national museums, galleries, gardens, national institutions and so on) in a fun and relaxed setting.
