5th Congress On Housing Finance In Central And Eastern European Countries - Event details   12/04/2008 - 12/05/2008 RONDO 1 OFFICE BUILDING, Warsaw, POLAND   Description We have the pleasure to invite you to participate in the V CONGRESS ON HOUSING FINANCE IN CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES organized by the Real Estate Financing Committee of the Polish Bank Association to be held on 4 - 5 December 2008 in the Rondo 1 Office Building, Rondo ONZ, Warsaw. The Congress became the annual meeting place for experts and institutions related to housing finance from the CEE region. The main task of the Congress is an integration of joint efforts, using various experiences, in increasing the dynamics of real estate finance market, at the same time keeping the required safety of the financial systems. Since I Congress hold in December 2004 in discussions and lectures took part over 500 persons worldwide. The strategy chosen by banks to finance their mortgage loans has the direct impact on mortgage loans differentiation. The initiatives for primary mortgage markets integration have the influence on distinction and prices of offered mortgage loans in these markets. However the initiatives for secondary mortgage markets integration have the influence on mortgage accessibility on the primary market.
