Executive commitment is critical to align and sustain organizational learning, learning processes, communication, and measurements must link to business objectives. This year's annual Enterprise Learning Conference will focus on the alignment of how continuous improvement is a natural outcome of such linkages and focus. Pre-Conference Workshops: Enterprise Learning Pre-Conference Workshop February 10, 2009 The Pre Conference workshop will be a "hands on" working session where participants will conduct a stakeholders' planning meeting. The objective of the session is to define the business outcomes that are affected by a learning intervention. Participants will learn how to get their senior operating managers aligned around their business outcomes and key business objectives, identify stakeholders, define key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as engage in stakeholder conversations to discuss real business issues dealing with culture and behavioral barriers. Additionally, they will learn how to identify data formats, fields, data sources linked to business outcomes and create an analysis model to test and measure hypotheses and metrics.
