Organized in Partnership with IETA and the IETA Members Workshop
The International Emissions Trading Association (IETA) has been the leading voice of the business community on the subject of carbon markets and emissions trading since 1999. IETA’s 186 member companies include global leaders in the oil, finance, electricity, cement, aluminum, chemical, paper, verification and certification, brokering and trading, legal, and consulting industries. IETA is dedicated to creating a functional international framework for trading in greenhouse gas emission reductions.
The Platts Carbon Trading conference is co-located with the 2009 IETA Members Workshop, taking place in the same venue, on January 22–23, 2009. Platts Carbon Trading attendees are invited to attend the 2009 IETA Members Workshop at 50% off standard registration rates. Registration for the IETA Workshop and the Platts conference are separate.
