SAM´09 - Science & Management Symposium 2009 - Event details   01/14/2009 - 01/18/2009 CARIBE ROYALE ORLANDO HOTEL, Orlando, USA  (Florida)   Description One major change in the SAM ’09 program is a return to one main lecture track. Be on hand to hear the latest in sports medicine, fracture care, diabetes, and biomechanics. Not only will you learn more about the medical/clinical aspects of podiatric medicine and surgery, but be prepared to expand your practice management skills as well. We have an APMA Coding track planned as well as the ever-popular AAPPM track. We will also provide the latest information on EMR and HIPPA. Workshop topics will include surgery, wound care, and biomechanics. And, as always, required Florida licensure courses will be available. Another big change at SAM ’09 is the expanded Exhibit Hall. A record number of vendors will be available to demonstrate the latest products and services in podiatric medicine and surgery, as well as provide goodies for attendees. The Exhibit Hall will surely be a hot spot at SAM ’09. The Florida Podiatric Medical Association conducts one of the finest podiatric meetings in the country each year. The Science & Management Symposium (SAM) is held in Orlando, Florida every January, an area that offers a wide variety of activities and attractions for attendees.
